The Wrath of the Lich King is upon us. So far his wrath has been limited to an annoying zombie event, and an attack against Orgrimmar using some soft hitting elites.

In order to combat these minor inconveniences the Horde has dispatched Clockwork to Northrend to battle evil and plunder epic loot. I for one am defiantly looking forward to this expansion, and questing with some old friends brings back the nostalgia of the ‘good ol’ days’.

As far as recruitment goes, it is on a case by case basis but open recruiting is over until we see how the current roster pans in when we start tackling twenty-five man raid instances.

In other news, progress continues on Kalecgos and we hope to have him dead this week! Great job everyone and lets keep up the wonderful work.

Fucking Finally!!!!! It only took us 1.5 weeks of serious attempts and we finally downed him. Great work to all four of our tanks (Bogim, Daemonsoul, Phoebetor, and Rhapsodi) who did a great job learning and executing the fight. Thanks to all of our recruits as well for re-populating our raid force after casual summer hit a few of our core people.

Not much to say, the Council went down on our first night of solid attempts. Not an overly difficult fight, just insanely long. Grats to everyone on their T6 legs! Our raiding crew is really starting to click together like we used to in the old days, and bosses are falling over like they’re nothing.

This week has been great. We cleared Hyjal in one night, cleared up to RoS in another. Today, we 2 shot RoS and moved on to Mother Shahraz. Talk about an easy boss. This biatch died in no time at all. Now onto the Illidari Council!

We killed Reliquary of Souls last week, but due to schoolwork I have been too busy to post about it. As Supa would say, “Two enrages are for casuals!” Compared to Bloodboil, this boss was a breeze. It was a pleasant way to end the week to say the least.

Pre-patch we became plagued with absences and were forced to raid with less than 25 people. After recruiting like crazy, we are back up to full strength and have a plethora of new talent at our disposal. Gurtogg Bloodboil sure is a bitch of a fight, but alas, he has been destroyed.

We continued forward with Reliquary of Souls and we will be spending the rest of our week working on this interesting encounter.

With only 24 raiders, we managed to consume Archie Monday. Now that Hyjal is cleared, Gurtogg Bloodboil is next on our list.

After a depressing night where the server died while Azgalor was at 2%, we returned the next day to finish the job we started.

Grats to our two main tanks on getting their Tier 6 gloves. Only one more boss to go until Hyjal is CLEARED! While we will continue our efforts in Black Temple, Archimonde is our next target of choice.

Our first attempt on Teron Gorefiend, our killer dps got him to 27%. After that, we knew he would be a cake walk. Soon after, he was destroyed.

Next, we decided to head over to Gurtogg Bloodboil. Although he is much more challenging than our previous opponents, we think he should be within our grasp very soon. Our next major target is Azgalor and we will be finishing up the week with attempts on him.
